Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Substance Use Care
Priority Professional Care is expanding our integrated behavioral health services to include outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults with opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder. MAT is delivered by our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), who are DEA-registered and trained in evidence-based addiction medicine, in collaboration with our LICSW and LMHC therapy team.
MAT services for adults (18+) at launch:
- Buprenorphine (Suboxone and other sublingual formulations) for opioid use disorder
- Oral naltrexone for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder
- Acamprosate for alcohol use disorder
- Integrated psychiatric care for co-occurring depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health conditions
- Therapy and counseling delivered by our licensed clinical team
- Care coordination with primary care, hospitals, and community partners
- Continuity for new patients — we welcome patients already stable on buprenorphine who need a new prescriber
Planned for future expansion: extended-release injectable formulations (Sublocade, Vivitrol). We deliver care in English, Haitian Creole, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
