Our mission is to provide comprehensive, culturally effective assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), as well as mental health prevention and intervention service to children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families at risk. Services are provided in a manner tailored to each individual in order to manage their illness, set individualized goals to be accomplished, and to develop skills in an effort to promote social, emotional, economic, healthy living, and behavioral health within families and communities.

Adult Foster Care
Our Adult Foster Care program provides compassionate, community-based support for adults who need assistance with daily living. We match eligible individuals with dedicated caregivers and provide ongoing clinical oversight and care coordination. Our team works closely with families and caregivers to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.
Psychotherapy
Our licensed therapists provide confidential, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals facing life’s challenges. Our Flagship Program
Adult Foster Care, Done Like Family
Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a care service for elderly adults and adults with developmental or physical disabilities. Unlike a nursing home, AFC is provided in the comfort of home — our trained caregivers provide meals, companionship, assistance, and daily supervision.
- Care at home, not in a facility — helping prevent or delay long-term placement
- A multidisciplinary team builds a personalized care plan with your family and physicians
- Caregivers receive a monthly stipend, excluded from taxable income
