How Membership Works
- Membership begins after an initial evaluation ($400, standard private-pay rate). Current PPC patients in good standing may start without a new evaluation.
- Flat monthly fee, charged on the same day each month.
- Month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime — cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing month, with no cancellation fees.
- Included sessions are for the enrolled month; unused sessions do not roll over and are not refundable.
- Membership is private pay and separate from insurance. PPC provides superbills, and members should check their own plan about reimbursement.
- Members receive a Good Faith Estimate.
- Membership messaging is for scheduling and care coordination during business hours — it is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
- Adult Foster Care is not included in membership plans.
